1. On Site Food Vendor - Grillin N Chillin


“Grillin N Chillin” is a striking, 16-foot, state-of-the-art, fully self-contained, custom-built food truck (trailer, actually). Operated by chef/owner David and his wife Kathryn, it contains a full gleaming stainless-steel commercial kitchen featuring a huge char-grill, a deep-fryer, a hot table, refrigerators, and much more.

Not only does Grillin N Chillin make brilliant, made-from scratch, fresh food, they also understand that nobody wants to spend their time at festival waiting in line for food, so they deliver it FAST…  Flamin Good Food - Flamin Fast! ®

Festival Menus

At the center of Grillin N Chillin’s Street Food menus are flavorful char-grilled meats, seafoods, and vegetables hot off a real open-flame grill. They offer a rotating variety of hot and cold sandwiches, rice bowls, and skewers accompanied by a host of delicious, made-from-scratch sides (like 4-Cheese Green Chile Mac N Cheese, GrillFire® Confetti Fresh Vegetables or their amazing Fresh Roasted-Corn Fritters).  Vegetarians, vegans, low-cal, low-carb, and gluten-free seekers will always find menu options to enjoy, as will omnivores looking for traditional char-grilled beef, chicken and shrimp specialties.  PLUS, you’ll always find a few signature sweets on hand (did we mention the David is a trained pastry chef).  Look for their incredible Fresh Apple Fritters, Fruit Fry-Pies, and Fresh-Baked Giant Cookies!
